This is said to be the beginning of "mixed juice". "Mixed juice" born from the feeling that cherishes fruit carefully is "the spirit of deception" Use the things to the end without waste "the spirit of deception" which Osaka merchants basic idea. This tradition and taste of Osaka was carefully inherited and it was handed down to Mr. Toyoko Tsunekawa, 3rd shop owner.
