This is Chinese restaurant "Haihai Tenzankaku" on the third floor of Uehonmachi Haihai Town. Our dishes are primarily focused on Canton-style cuisine and are lightly seasoned to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. We also have dim sum, noodles, and rice dishes. The window seats are highly recommended.
