We are a teppanyaki restaurant specialising in Ise Lobster, produced by CHUNAGON We serve sashimi, teppanyaki, Wagyu and black abalone. We serve Ise lobsters with firm meat, as they are allowed some degree of movement in the fish-tank installed in our kitchen. Savour their texture, flavour and firmness. We believe our Kuroge Wagyu will please diners of all ages, as we are particular about the umami of lean meat and the tenderness of the beef, as well as the marbling. We have two beautifully polished long Teppan counters, where diners can enjoy Teppanyaki with their five senses, as they directly observe our chefs at work.
