Located on the top floor of the hotel, Teppanyaki Ikka-Ichiyo is a refined and elegant dining space featuring a superb amber-colored teppanyaki counter together with stunning evening views of Osaka. The name Ikka-Ichiyo conveys the key concept of simplicity, of enjoying the authentic natural flavors of foods such as premium selected Japanese Black Wagyu beef seasoned with four varieties of salt and honwasabi (premium wasabi) chosen by the head chef, as well as the finest vegetables in season. The culinary experience is further enhanced by the exquisite skills of our chefs, a form of performance art in itself.
