"Akabei Tasuki" is a YAKITORI restaurant in the fusion of Japanese and French. YAKITORI is a grilled chicken skewer. You can enjoy YAKITORI and wine or SAKE pairing with the skewers. Our menu is based on the famous grilled skewered chicken restaurant Yakitori Akabei in Nishikasai, Chiba. A beautiful marriage of Japanese and French cuisine is orchestrated by our chef Isao Yamashita. Suitable wines for the cuisine are selected by Seju Yang, who had been chosen as one of the top 50 sommeliers of 2017 by Worlds Best Sommeliers. Akabei Tasuki prepares each dish with handpicked ingredients for you to enjoy. We serve each dish with a glass of sake or wine together with a background story of the dish.
