We serve seasonal vegetables, fresh fish, Kagoshima black pork salt shabushabu hotpot, domestic beef offal hotpot, and charcoal-grilled Satsuma gamecock that is one of three major chickens. You can enjoy amply portioned local dishes made by using selected ingredients along with shochu.
