NEW OPEN/ We serve very common food Japanese family usually eat. We are very confident of our food because we have been cooking for our family at home. Our food is All hand made. So if you have any food preference or restriction, please contact us through an email the day before your visit. We have a staff who can speak English on weekend and weekdays in the afternoon. Feel free to contact us for further information. We are using specially cultivated rice from Akita prefecture. Fertilizer and pesticide has been used less than half of the ordinal way. We also use Organic black soybeans and garlic. For the miso soup, we use sea weed from Kagawa prefecture. Thank you.
