Akatsuki Brewery is an unfiltered beer brewer in Setagaya. We focus on brewing fresh beer using ingredients like naturally cultivated fruits, vegetables, and seaweed to imbue our beer with a sense of natures power. Akatsuki Taps is run directly by the brewery. Our Shiba-Daimon location offers Akatsuki beer alongside robata open-fire cooking for a truly enjoyable meal. We're able to offer fresh ingredients from the fields and seas of Tohoku through the connections we've made with suppliers there during our work to support the region.
