My name is Yosuke Ootsuka. I am 31 years old and originally from Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture. I opened my first restaurant at Nishiazabu in June 2015. In December 2016, I relocated and reopened this restaurant. I take wholehearted pleasure in preparing simple,delicate cuisine cooked with seasonal ingredients. I look forward to welcoming you to my restaurant and serve you Japanese cuisine,chef Yosuke style.
