I had a quick lunch with my wife, overlooking the airport check-in counters. We had Cardinal (Hot) Dog Set and Minestrone Soup Set. They are okay, but airport prices – 1.5 times more expensive than outside.
Cafe inside Haneda Airport with the cheapest price and nice ambience. Self service but nicely served when ordering meals. The hotdog tastes good but not the nachos.

Situated above the departures hall this cafe is a great spot to grab a coffee and wait for your check-in counter to open. Wifi is available and there are plenty of tables.
An average soy latte and a poor ice matcha for 12 USD. There did not seem to be a lot of choice for decent coffee in Haneda airport departures, but I’d suggest trying somewhere else.
A range of fast food and alcoholic beverages are available here. The facility is located on the food floor, above check in.
