Tried to visit during the advertised happy hour from 4 to 7:30 pm, following the signs, but it was closed. I was told it was closed on Sundays. Bummer.
We stayed in Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku where this bar is located. Happy hour from 4pm- 7.30 is well priced and this is the perfect place to sit and have a quiet drink to plan the rest of the evening
