This place is best for people watching, not as good for the quality of the food. It is nice to sit outside in mild weather. If you are interested in beer, try to nearby Yebisu Museum of Beer.
We chosen this place because it was the only open at 10.30pm. We ordered steaks which were ok but not great. Menus were only in Japanese and only one person in the restaurant spoke english which made communication difficult
