Nice place for coffee and desert. Extra servings are not free but it is good to just sit and talk for a while before going out to the crowds!
We were shopping by Shinjuku Station Lumina Mall, we change upon Cafe by the Sea, which has the ambiance of an old ship. We their capuccino and pastry, which was excellent. The staff were also very attentive and provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
