Breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, don’t bother, you are better off going across the road to any restaurant over there for a tastier and cheaper meal. Staff were also surly.
The restuarant is situated within the Mitsui Garden hotel Ueno. Italian food was good – had a pasta – good taste.
We ate there three times. Twice had seafood salad. Quite delicious. As always in japan excellent service
