"Experience Dining Washoku" is a restaurant that has the theme of "Washoku" and "Experience". In our cooking class, you can make 9 pieces of temari-sushi, asazuke (pickled vegetables), and misotama. In order for both people living in Japan and those from other countries to enjoy, we will cook dishes together with experienced overseas staff who can speak English while learning about the history of the grass and the history of sushi. It is held twice a day (9 a.m.-11 a.m./3 p.m.-5 p.m.), and groups of 1 to up to 30 people can participate. It is also recommended for families with children, as it is a content that even small children can experience. It is a plan that participants can experience happily while communicating with each other.
