About
It is a Japanese traditional soba shop. Buckwheat noodles are made using only water and buckwheat flour. Our duck and soba are produced in Okura village where our own farm is located. Okura village has the smallest population in Yamagata prefecture, it is the best snowfall in Japan. We appreciate the natural environment and we are engaged in agriculture. And I would like to succeed to traditional Japanese buckwheat culture.
