Hagurosan Saikan

About

Sacred Vegetarian Cuisine in Historical Serenity The Dewa Sanzan Shrine, originally built in 1697, is the last sanctuary for mountain monks (Over 30 mountain temples in the area were destroyed during the Edo period). Inside one of the rebuilt parts of the Dewa Sanzan Shrine, you can enjoy the local soul food which has been carefully passed down for generations. The bamboo shoots and the wild green gathered by the shrine along with the famous will tell you the story. Those wishing to fully enjoy the peaceful mind can choose to stay overnight.
