SHIMONOSEKI SHUZO is a sake brewery established in TAISHO period (1912). This cafe that is a renovation of the building since its inception is in the brewery. You can enjoy cafe menu using sake lees and sake yeast at cozy atmosphere seeing the little garden. There is also a take-out corner good for gifts and a sake direct store.
