It all began in Jerusalem in the year 1860, when our grandfather Mohammed Zalatimo created a unique kind of sweet he named "Mutabbaq", in which he used the finest hand picked ingredients available. Today, we Zalatimo Brothers for Sweets continue our grandfather's tradition by making the famous Mutabbaq using the same traditional recipe & techniques, adding a wide variety of specialized Mediterranean delights & pastries.
