Kokeb Restaurant is a peaceful oasis offering not only authentic Ethiopian cuisine in a casual atmosphere, but also Italian and Kenyan food. You can eat indoors, but I always enjoy eating in their shaded eating area outside. Beautiful, and a must for any stopovers through the Rift Valley.
