While staying in Daugpils I recommend to go and have lunch or dinner at Art Hub restaurant, which offers high quality menu, tasty coctails. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights in Daugpilis and both evenings went there for dinner.

Strange interior design. Qualigy of food on the low level. Good flavour from the Josper oven. Steake was overcoocked, macarel just killed. Everything underseasoned. I can recommend only soljanka soup – as a tasty dish. And don’t order a dessert.
