This place has a great outside seating in 7th floor of ma new shoppingmall just outside of old town riga with Radisson blu latvija around the corner the same is radisson blu elisabeth. Good food, good winelist and ok service. I have been there 2 times with company and 1 time alone. The view is great and the place is definately a must visit place in Riga.
