Cosy place, maybe a bit snobbish but bartenders, service and cocktails are top-notch. Not cheap but I hadn’t regretted those 13 euros spent on a cocktail. Reservation recommended as it is a small place.
The best cocktails in Riga, definitely are in Bar XIII. Amazing atmosphere and staff. If you are lucky you can meet the owner and have good conversation about football 😉 and the best drink, president has fernet
The cocktail that I ordered was really the best cocktail that I ever had. Very thoughtful and polite waitresses.
The cocktails were okay, but quite expensive (13-16€.. in Latvia. I liked the service. They served water automaticly.
Nice cocktails but terrible attitude to costumers. They think they are something special, but need to learn a little humility!
