As a cafe, place very well designed. Coffee taste is good, ı was expecting more pastries from France cousine. Little bit pricey. There is macarons also. Not crowded. I strongly suggest to visit.

Awesome French style cookies, including very light macaroni, in a very cozy environment. We have been really enchanted, not least because of the very friendly attitude of the lady serving the cafe and who has developed all of the concept. Highly recommended.
If there is lack of the sun on the street, try summer in a glass, classic french Frazier for one person. Perfect for those who avoid gluten 😉
Bel étage has a great atmosphere. It’s very peaceful and beautiful. You can enjoy the French music playing in the background whilst eating a tasty desert. Paris-Brest is absolutely delicious! I recommend. They also have the best macaroons you can find in Riga.
