About
Cadets de Gascogne is the first french bakery in Latvia and is working since 1999. Each morning we are making fresh butter croissants which are recognized as the most delicious in Latvia. You can also find real french "baguette" and very delicious and traditional french pastries which you can eat with your "cafe au lait" while reading the freshest press - just like in Paris! We also offer a variety of fresh pastries and cakes made by our French pastry chefs using traditional French recipes like famous Macarons cookies and Canneles Bordelais, the Fraisier strawberry cake, eclairs and other. We recommend trying our own homemade ice creams made from real fruits and berries or the famous Creme brle dessert. You can enjoy all of this with a variety of hot and cold drinks and a real wine of the region of "Gascogne". The owner of the Cadets de Gascogne is Robert Beyeler. He was born and raised in the Gascogne region of France, but lives in Latvia and France for several decades.Details
