In our restaurant you can taste famous beer sausages, delicious Shpiz, traditional beer snacks, and, of course, our specialty - the Stargorod knee. The Brand Chef of "Stargorod" breweries chain, is a professional chef in the third generation. The man, who took his first steps in culinary art at the age of 14, then improved his skills in Germany, America and, of course, at home in the Czech Republic, used its 25 years of unique experience to create very special dishes for Stargorod restaurant. Every evening Chef of the restaurant, will present at the stage the whole animal, cooked on one of the biggest grills in Latvia.
