Democratic Georgian cuisine restaurant in Riga. The name "Tbilisi" is chosen in honor of the Georgian capital city. The new restaurant chef Levan Bakuradze worked all his life in Tbilisi restaurants and came to Riga in the autumn of 2016. According to him, all the Georgian classic collected in the menu, including Pkhali, Khinkali, Khachapuri, etc.
