Good location. Near Saeima of Latvia. You have meet deputies there! It is agood place to sit and ..drink a coffee, for example.As prices are reasonable, a lot of people are on peak times.
Food is quite good not brilliant. But considering the price definitely recommend going here. Especially when lots of the places nearby are expensive tourist traps
One of the best patisseria in Riga old town. Nice taste, cool inside, English is spoken here and nice fresh flovers has been used for design.Definetly, again!
Feels like in a country house in Provence. Nice view to the park in front of the cafe inklusive Parliament building and old castle. Decent music in the background. Selection of quiches, crossants, breads and soups of high quality. Very friendly service.
