Great spot, in the middle of the old city, and as the name says, the pluse is full of candles, in a basement.Small quaint bay, well worth a visit, great staff and service.

The Candle Bar is located in the Old Town of Riga, a small unique place and worth visiting. and apparently its the place to propose.
