The wisdom necessary to keep things simple is gained over years of hard work and experience, so bare with us if some of the names in our menu seem somewhat pretentious and the presentation is reminiscent of nouvelle cuisine - we are still newcomers in Riga's vibrant fine dining scene. As is often the case with ambitious upstarts we are prepared to work harder than anyone else to satisfy all of our patrons with even the most sophisticated palates.
