A legend tells of blue cows that have come out of the sea. Tales about these creatures originate in a distant past like the secrets of the Latvian kitchen. Traditional flavours refined and improved over time are now a source of enjoyment. At the restaurant Zil Govs (The Blue Cow), the past is intertwined with the contemporary.
