Matte factory is a place to choose when being with your friends. They don’t have Lebanese food but their dishes are yummy. The formulas they offer from time to time are really encouraging. The food is tasty and the pottions are normal. The stuff are nice and welcoming. The sisha must be improved we always ask for that.
The service was good. And the food taste wasn’t bad.Orders arent followed to details, there was a mistake in my order.They can’t adjust the constituents of a plate, as we were told after asking to substitute something for another, and coming out unsubstituted.There is no safe place for none smokers or people who have allergies toward smoke or shisha, which harmed me as an allergic person.During the day it’s really better and calm and could deliver the starbucks quality of a café. But once its crowded the experience quality stoops.Customer Service are really active and ready to help ASAP, they are friendly and care about the restaurant’s reputation quite too much which has its cons and pros.
