Baalbak is the place to go for delicious sfee7a baalbakiye without the long drive. Very delicious food and it is generously filled with meat. I suggest you go early so you will have them as soon as they are prepared. Fair prices.
while on the road couple of days back all craving doughy food road trip hunt for manakish and just stuff to nibble on decision for baalbaki’s sfiha was 1/2 in was crowded though was still early mornings the place is nice has tables for seating everything was clean staff – hard working service – baking time and couple more minutes very well baked dough slight crisp at the edges but not the crunchy crisp meat – ghanam very high quality very well seasoned juices have been squeezed out well does not get soggy but still has a juicy flavor squeeze of lemon if you are looking for that sfiha flavor you get around baalbek area and don’t want to hit the road for a long drive then her is your alternative price was very reasonable
I passed by earlier with my friend, and I ordered one dozen of sfiha and one mixed moaajanet, I think this is the best sfiha I’ve had in a while it’s just so good. The meat, dough, with some pickles and a 3iran drink, it’s definitely one of the best meals you can experience in the morning, especially for meat lovers!
One of the best sfiha I’ve ever had. Meat is rich in flavor and the dough is so crisp and fresh! Lahm b aajeen is good too. The Pizza, not so much.
Lahm b ajin has been officially replaced by ajin b lahm at Baalback butcher and bakeryIf you’re going to eat there, make sure to ask the baker to dough up a fresh batch with minimum dough and extra meat. Only way you will enjoy it.
Well known place for its great sfiha b’albakiye. I usually order over the phone and drop by to pick up shortly afterwards where the order would be just done. The dough is perfectly thin and the ground meat (lamb) fresh and greasy. Very affordable, a dozen for 5,000LL recommended for breakfast or brunch
Very good sfi7a, just like the baalbakiye one yet full of fats and grease you can sense it with every bit you take. The dough is so fluffy and delicious.
