After a friend‘s recommendation, we decided to celebrate a friend’s birthday at Nai. We have ordered a hookah, twister sandwich, exotic crab salad, and mexican chicken wrap. The crab salad and the twister sandwich were tasty, the wrap im the mexican chicken wrap platter was overcooked. The service was toooo slow. wordpress.com
I have used to visit Nai like always but for this time the food was rotten. The veggies are mostly heated from another day and have terrible smell. The steak was extremely hard on the teeth. Worse than that when we made a complain they did not even make a discount 80$ bill all for untouched food. Never going to Nai again as there are other places worth paying 80$ in for clean food.
You get to this place and think wow, this is a hidden gem. Great ambiance, menu, friendly staff, the prices are not too bad, the items look great and you make your order feeling great about everything. Then the food comes and ruins everything. The food is honestly not acceptable. Probably one of the worst ive ever tasted. Ordered wings, dynamite shrimps and crispy tacos, all of which were equally terrible. And as expected got food poisoned afterwards. Not recommended at all.
We passed by Nai Caffe restaurant at Khalde, Aley district and we spend a nice night their with their Ramadan Spirit and music, they have the best staff ever(night shift), highly Recomended and very welcoming
The worst restaurant ever.bad service,and high prices for the quantity and the taste provided.we took an offer that contains mezza and grill,then they put grill without fries. Iwill never visit it again.it was the first and the last time
Fine environment but you’ll witness the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! We came to relax and enjoy our time, not to stress ourselves!I don’t think we’ll come back! Totally disappointed!
Loved this place ! Great and cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Shisha is great and hot chocolate is great tho. Thankyou. Will have more visits for this place❤️
