When I was wandering in Le Salon Du Chocolat held few days ago at Biel I was attracted by the stand belonging to this Patisserie. The displayed selection of cakes and macarons was so tempting. But what made me drool was the Cronut. I ended up by buying a piece of Nutella cake, Rainbow cake, Cronut filled with salted caramel and a chocolate macaron. After tasting those goodies back home I had mixed feelings about this patisserie. Rainbow cake was beautiful but unfortunately the layers of genoise cake were so dry and the cream used was not that tasty. Everything is good when adding Nutella so the Nutella cake was good and not too sweet but again the chocolate cake layers weren’t moist as they should be. The chocolate macaron was super tasty as the macaron was chewy and flavorful and the chocolate filling was intense. Now for the star the Cronut. It was really impeccable and believe me it is comparable to the original one I tasted in New York at the creator Dominique Ansel. Fluffy, crunchy not oily so yummiiiii. Bravo chef.

Never been disappointed by Coulis! The honey cake and the lemon tart are my favorite but I never did not like anything I ate. Highly recommended for catering! Her Christmas buches are unbeatable too!Matcha icecream is a must try!Jana the chef is very professional and creative and never disappoints, she keeps on surprising us every single time with delicious flavor and beautiful designs of cake!
