I love their bread, croissants and man2ouche. Good quality products overall.But i cannot give them a higher rating because of the delivery service.It takes so long for them to arrive! More than 1 hour for a croissant and mini baguettes!And the delivery guy didn’t have enough change, so he literally took 3500LL more than he was supposed to (when in my opinion, he did not deserve that much considering the time of delivery).I know it’s not a lot of money but it’s just unprofessional behaviour.I ordered a cheese man2ouche last week and it also took more than 1h and the man2ouche was cold and a bit soggy when it arrived.But other than that, i usually have a nice experience when i go to the bakery and buy the products myself.
Dad is in love with this bakery, he gets all types of bread from here. Also, they have very good mankoushe and i don’t usually eat pizzas from bakeries but the pizza here is definitely amazing, recommended.
Anytime I want to go to meet my friends and have breakfast, we went to Adam Bakery! They have the delicious dough of Manakish! Worth to try really 🙂
its strange how a big bakery that provides a fairly good quality products have this kind of unprofessional staff. its simply not acceptable that the management doesnt have an idea about what the meaning of customer service. the rating is only for the service.
Unacceptable service 55 mins to receive a man2oushe for a distance far 1 min from Adam – and of course it will be cold after all this delay – i would recommend them to take more care about their service
