visiting a house in the – late review suggested grabbing manakish very small bakery – relatively fast service clean, busy, humble workersmall bitessabanig dough was thin and baked to a lovely color with a crispstuffed with well done sabanig, seasoned on pointwe only added lemon squeeze cause we like it that way pizza – not bad thick dough, fluffy well baked sauce was good – lacked some seasoning topping cheese was good cheese & parsley not bad – not my favorite regular lahmih dough was thin / medium (requested extra crisp) well done meat was well seasoned and spread over the dough regular lahmih extra thin & crisped – great even better than the medium dough both cases we added pomegranate molasses & pinch of salt very affordable

It was our first time to order from Carlos and we were a bit disappointed. We ordered several types of Manakish and Ka3ek. The food was good and the portion was good and it arrived hot, but it arrived very, very late. Took an hour and half although the operator said it would take about 45 mins (Delivery from Ain Remmene to Adliye). The packaging of ka3ek can also be improved.
The best in town. You can’t ask for more from a tiny place like his. Very delicous,hot served and well baked. You should try the jebne-lahme cocktail.
Been ordering from this place for years now and it has never disappointed me!Perfect dough, great tasting ingredients, very affordable prices, fast delivery.Today for breakfast i ordered the Zaatar halabi and the turkey and cheese: just perfect!The lahm b 3ajin is to die for with the excellent meat quality!Highly recommended and a must try place!
One of the best la7m b 3ajin (if not the best so far) i have had.. meat tastes like heaven and the thin dought is just perfect (i order it machrou7a)..Even the cheese man2ouche is amazing..I simply love furn carlos.. and i highly recommend it
