The only thing that’s good is the water they serve. La waiter la argileh la food. If they could they would have served tap water. My point is meat and chicken aren’t fresh(frozen). Go for the kids and start smoking cigarettes it tastes better.P.S: the review is for saloume branch.
I rate iy 2 coz of it’s interesting playground. My 3 old years son liked it a lot especially coz of their cars. But as for the food i didn t like it at all. I will go again in the aftetnoon to drink something (alcoholic drink is not allowed. U should know why) and watch my son play. I give 0 for the food.
The best thing about this place is the rooftop !-Quiet and comfortable to chill and have shisha with friends !! -Service is average , because you have to call the waiter like two or three times to answer you.- We didnt order much , but the fries and cheddar cheese took like 30 to 35 mins to be served.

We went to Karaz Cafe at hadath, Baabda district to spent a nice time there with family, as expected from playground and Restaurant it was a good experience overall, we tried their special vegetarian pizza and fajita platter, good quality and well organized place, Recomended for family

Since my initial review was removed I will just sum up this restaurant in a couple of words :1- bad service2- well below average foodInstead of working on improving your food / service/ waiters training / overall customer experience , you are just reporting users review to Zomato, reviews that simply are stating the facts of their visit and of your restaurant.Anyhow first and last visit to such an unprofessional cafe.
