First off, I’d like to thank Zomato and the Cook House for the voucher. The manager greeted us with a smile and escorted us to our table. We were first served an appetizer of freshly baked bread that came in this cute paper grocery shopping bag with butter. We started with the Greek salad, could’ve used a bit more dressing but the greens were fresh and there was a perfect portion of feta cheese in the plate. We later on tried the Cook House burger that came with a generous thick Australian beef patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, bacon, a grilled tomato and onion salsa. The grilled tomato added so much depth to the flavors, making the burger an overall winner. We also tried the classic pepperoni pizza that is baked fresh with a delicious puffy dough. The last dish we tried the tender grilled chicken with mushroom ragout and dauphinoise potatoes that perfectly completed the protein. For dessert, we intended on trying to fondant and creme brulee but they were out so we had the tiramisu and cheesecake that come in cute jars and have this silky texture to the both of them.Overall, this place is convenient for those trying to find a quiet place to grab a good bite and I loved it!

Thanks to a Zomato voucher I had the chance to try this place out. Located in a calm hotel, the premises is very elegant, comfortable and spacious. Tried their open buffet and the specialty burger recommended by our professional waiter Mayssam. The buffet has some interesting items. Everything was so fresh and appealing. I tried a little bit of everything and loved the steak it was so juicy and tender. The burger however was out of this world. Amazing flavors, the patty was thick and flavorful with so many ingredients in the bun that were a perfect match. The garlic dip was unique. Prices are very good given the location and quality. Recommended!!

Tried this chill fine dining place in Radisson Blu, we got the quinoa and feta salad, the grilled salmon, and the grilled chicken, and they were really delicious, its an ideal place for a date, i’d consider it a hidden gem that people should know more about. The portion was satisfyingly big considering it is fine diningThey took good care of us, and the chef personally came to check if we enjoyed our plates, which was beautiful.

If you are looking for a fine dining place around Verdun area, Cook House should be the first that comes on mind and here the reasons:â–² Location: Inside Radisson Blu Hotel, easy to reach.â–² Inside/Outside Decoration: Very classy and comfortable seating area. Clean and enjoyable to pass a good time inside.â–² Dishes Presentation & Taste: Welcomed by some bread and butter while waiting the food. The avocado tartar with shrimp was very tasty , took us few minutes to eat it all. As for the main dishes we ordered the grilled salmon that comes with noodles , vegetables and rice and the second plate, well done, was the grilled chicken that comes with potato and mushroom. Added to all a glass of wine! Cheers!â–² The price was fair enough to what we ordered.â–² The waiter was very kind and much attentive to everything.

Fine neat looking venue.Very good service.Well presented plates. Some items are good tasting and some are almost average. There is an effort but it requires major spicing up.

Second time hereHeaded to the Cook House restaurant at Radisson Blu verdun after a conference We had the open buffet dinner with desserts at the endthere were little pizzas bouchées , spinach, cheese rollssalads and part of lebanese mezzenouilles and grattin pomme de terresome broiled veggies and ouzé style rice and meat with its sauceabove al;l the ouze was remarkable yet the rest held little taste, gratin was under cooked, nouille lacked lot of taste, dough bouchées needed more sexiness: pizza was wet and squeeky dough, cheese rolls nearly tasteless with very little cheese inside, and dry spinach (although the filling was perfect)desserts were really averageservice was fine gsnreviews.wordpress.com

Actually it is a 3.5. The iftar buffet had a good variety for the price .I have few comments: the soup was served a bit late. The food was average in terms of flavours especially the main courses.Rice was sticky.I liked the desserts section
