Love the starters and sake martini!I feel the mains could be better especially pastas of the day that are sometimes a hit or miss.I love Bottarga with pasta and small changes to this pasta of the day such as adding a little lemon zest or a little light cream to it. But generally enjoy my evenings here and usually service is pretty good.
I am a regular Sunday brunch person. Casablanca is by far my favorite restaurant in lebanon. Excellent food excellent service excellent atmosphere for al ages. There is something magical about their eggs benedict – haven’t tasted hollandaise sauce like that before. Also their calamari had an exquisite taste. And I also end up pounding a couple of mimosas!
The food tasted great, the waiters we’re very professional, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The deserts were to die for!A tiny but expensive if you ask me, but the experience was definitely worth it!
Just like a fine wine, Casablanca just gets better with time! Authenticity and freshness are key at Casablanca- this hidden spot is a true gem in Beirut. The rustic and simple vibe and decor is captivating- this is the place where the cool and young like to hang out. It’s charm is in its simplicity and rawness. The cuisine is organic and fresh- one can rest assured that every bite is both the best quality and taste.
