First let start by saying thank you Zomato and olivos restaurant for the Invite.Olivos restaurant took care of us on their paraiso latino night. When we arrived, we were headed to our table and served some freshly baked bread with butter and nachos with sour cream and guacamole. To be honest, I didn’t liked the nachos, they were cold. There was an open latino buffet served with a great variety of amazing drinks. (their sangria was great)As for the food. I personally tried a lot. I really loved their taco station. Tried the Crab toastadasn, Meat balls, green rice and Braised chicken. My favorite was the beef original tacos. The chef was super friendly and dynamic. As for dessert, tried the Chickpeas cake, Corn pudding, Cheese cake and Chocolate cake. My favorite was the chocolate cake.Service was great and fast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. As for the ambiance of the night. Well it was a lovely night. We all danced together with professional dancers and the latino staff.
We were invited yesterday to a latino night in olivos restaurant and it was a pleasurable experience. The place was nicely decorated and the staff were dressed in latino clothes and latino music was playing in the background. The staff were very welcoming and well trained and the managers were very friendly and helpful! The food was served in a buffet that contains a wide variety of mexican, brasilian and other latino food. They served the best sangria ever, It is so tasty and a must try!We started with the salad station: we had the tropical salad, seafood salad, potato and mushroom salad and the mexican salad and they were all delicious and refreshing especially the tropical one!We tried their original tacos from the tacos station and a tasty starter called crab tostadasn. As for the hot dishes we tried: the horseback steak, meat balls and green rice, marinated fish, braised chicken and lamb meat and they were all tasty and served hot.The dessert station was very special since they offered unique choices and combinations such as chickpea cake and zucchini cake, corn pudding and the traditional cheesecake and chocolate cake and everything was good and unique. At the end, a group of dancers added a great ambiance with their latino dances and performances! Finally, we enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the service so this place is recommended!
We were invited yesterday to a latino night at Olivos. The ambiance was amazing. Service is professional and waiters are well trained. We had a buffet for the dinner; a wild selection of Mexican and international Food.Nice job guys. Keep on doing such amazing events.
Tasty food & great atmosphere ! Very nice presentation, I enjoyed having lunch at the Olivos . International buffet lunch was served and they do have a surf & turf dinner buffet every Tuesday & Wednesday.
Very nice place, peaceful, the ambiance is great, very clean place and the food is amazingly good and well presented, wide variety of food from the buffet. I recommend this place
My experience with the F & B at Radisson Blu wasn’t good. Their Lunch buffet is very limited and the food is not tasty. I did like the shish barak and moughrabieh most out of everything else I tried. You also have a very limited choice when it comes to the fruits and desserts. As for the mini sandwiches, mini pizzas, croissants, and the cakes served during coffee breaks- they are much better. The quantity presented is very limited though. The best thing about this hotel their detox fresh water which is very good.
If you are looking for a buffet with a good price then olivos is the right choice. We went today to the surf and turf event that is held every Wednesday. We started with the fresh salads which I personally enjoyed. Loved the tomato soup it was really good! Then we had a choice of mains from fresh sea food and steak choices. I chose the steak but it was midehne which I dont personally enjoy however some people might love it and the mushroom sauce wasn’t convincing needs a bit of flavor. The shrimps were grilled but lacked any sauce I prefer having it with a certain sauce or dip. The potatoes and vegetables were good sides. Finally the desserts they were really yummy my favorite was the cheese cake and fruits with chocolate sauce. Great variety of drinks. Very friendly staff and great service. Great value for money. Loved the romantic setting of dim lights and candles.Recommended for seafood lovers and meat lovers with few adjustment SardonicA
