The worst fakhani ever ever. Many bad delivery experiences always late the delivery takes an hour or more although i am 5 min away from them. They always send tge wrong items or double the quantity. They don’t make tge sandwiches like u ask tgem to do they do it the way they like and finally this fakhani is more expensive than other fakhani when it comes to sandwiches and plate de jour. I suggest you try cheese and olive in verdun to know the level of service and quality of food and the professionalism that they have. Never again after many bad experiences
Very unprofessional customer service, my pregnant wife ordered Lasagna and it was moldy ! Like literally once you put in your mouth you can feel like acid burning your tongue. Anyway i called them, and a girl answered then put me on line with the manager, he was like im sorry sir for what happened , what would you like to eat from the Saj menu ? I asked about Plat du Jour, he didnt answer, he said ill send someone to pickup the moldy Lasagna, and i told him okay I’ll call you back once i know what my wife would like to eat. I called them again and asked about Plat du Jour ( i guess he thought im a different customer) so he said Moghrabieh, Biryani, Makanek with vegetables. I said okay I’ll have Moghrabieh please and im the Lazanga guy. He sent me the order, AND WANTED 6,000 L.L more because Moghrabieh is more expensive then Lasagna (6,000). I was shocked ! You send me rotten food then i order something else you ask for more money ??!! Wow, you should be ashamed. I then called him and they put me to higher manager, he said yeah but sir Moghrabieh is 12,000 and Lasagna is 6,000 which made me more mad, so i told him thank you i dont want your food anymore and returned the Moghrabieh. Very disappointed with what happened, other restaurants would apologize for ages and ask me to pick whatever I want to eat no matter how much it costs.
If there was a sixth star i would have chosen it! This is absolutely the number one Saj breakfast place. The dough is light and crunchy, generous portions of the ingredients regardless what you’ve ordered, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful at every section and very clean. Apparently even ppl coming for retail products seem to enjoy the experience. The prices are more than reasonable, not cheap, but very reasonable. My only wish is that if they had a few tables for someone to settle down while he/she enjoys their meal.Go there! U don’t even need to #thinkaboutit
This is the 3rd time i face problems while ordering from fakhani the first 2 times service was really bad items where missing upon delivery today I ordered 2 turkey and cheese grilled with mayo had them not grilled without mayo ordered 3 ariche 1 with honey on the side received the 3 of them without honey ordered 3 brown baguette sandwich received only 2 and please not that the bread was not fresh at all
Freshest ingredients, slow delivery mostly. Very good quality of sandwiches, however the bread is so hard, id rather they soften it. Especially when the sandwich cools down. It becomes so hard to munch.
