We absolutely loved the chocolate croissant and the sourdough bread made from trio multi seeds! I couldn’t ask for a yummier bread option in lebanon!
Their sourdough bread tastes and smells delicious, and the best part about it is that it can last up to a month in the fridge and it would still taste the same as if it is fresh for it is made of natural ingredients. They have a variety of sourdough bread made of different ingredients. I found them in Souk El Tayeb in Beirut Souks, Down Town on Saturday (the picture is from there), and also in Souk El Tayeb in ABC Achrafieh on Thursday. The store in Achrafieh is very cozy. The owners are also friendly.I would totally recommend this place and their sourdough bread.
By far their burger is the most delicious well structured well balanced , i literally enjoyed every bite of it, beef patty is so juicy and the bun is heavenly sitting on it with a layer of peanut butter and rocket leafs covered by unsweetened caramelized onions, just close your eyes for a second and imagine it with me ! Hats off to creativity and finesse

Ordered a grilled veggies sandwich, i liked the bread it was really good and fresh but was disappointed the sandwich was extremely sweet. The description didn’t mention a sweet sauce or glazing, had it mentioned that i would not have ordered it. Unfortunately after a few bites I couldn’t continue the sandwich as it tasted way too sweet and tossed it away. Precise ingredients should always be mentioned to avoid such disappointments.
I was in a search for the best croissant when i discovered the best faluche zaatar. They did not have croissant as it is currently the festive season, so i will surely visit again. About this bakery, it is fairly clean and cozy too. The faluche invited me itself right in the entrance, as it was freshly baked and nicely presented. The taste was really yammy especially the bread itself, super soft and dense as it should be. The zaatar is delicious as well but a bit too salty, maybe thats why it was yammy?! Despite i only tried the faluche, i am giving an easy 4, and will visit again to try out the faluche pizza, croissants and traditional bread. Worth the visit for all bread lovers.
A surprising discovery! Great bread and a wide variety. Friendly atmosphere to enjoy a delicious breakfast or quiet quick bite. You can also pick up your favorite bread to make ur own creations at home! Certainly recommended!
