Based on a delivery also during the monthSeveral previous deliveries in the past couple of yearsOperator, the lady is beyond sweetVery attentive, delivery time was greatAll arrived as requested and hotLahmi mashrouha with a crispy dough was baked to perfection, they are very generous with the amount in the mashrouha, missing a hint of salt, akeed my caseSqueeze of lemon and great to goCheese is always orderedWell baked and super cheesyNever tried their sandwichSticking to manakishDough changed over the yearsSometimes it’s just a regular taste others it’s super goodConsistency in the dough should be more accurateBut we never had a single bad experiencePrices are very good
One of the best manakish for me. I just order from this bakery. You have to try the cheese and reb el har, it is so delicious. The dough is perfect and they so generous with the ingredients( zaatar, cheese, vegetables..) and don’t forget mashawi sandwiches after 12pm. Recommended!
This furn has a very strategic location, near many schools, universities, and hospitals. I like their cocktail manoushe, but I believe that their are wide gaps between tastes from one time to another: sometimes, their cheese is too much, at other times, the manoushe is pure dough. Also, I recommend a higher degree of cleanliness, such as putting on gloves and hairnets while working. The place also has no seating so you can only take your manoushe to go.
