this is the second time that i have been to this small bakery on Bechara el Khoury street. i recommend the spinach ftireh and the keshek and cheese mankoushe. the dough is thin and crispy and the keshek is infused with pepper paste and a hint of basil. a really pleasant and filling breakfast.
