One of the best places for cakes. I always get my cakes from here, and I’m always satisfied by the taste. The prices are cheap compared to other pastries available. Highly recommend it.
I was the customer who paid $80 for 70% styrofoam and 30% chocolate cake. I had submitted a request for cake that I had designed (pics below) that I asked for it’s replica for. First of all, they did not make the cake exactly as I had designed it. They decided to compensate for the lack of similarity by stamping random musical notes all around the cake that doesn’t even follow the original design whatsoever. In my design, I had the slope consist of 5 black lines which is the equivalent to standard sheet music. It was their job to make sure the lines were thin enough to fit all 5. But they decided 4 was enough. The musical notes on the cake they made were of random assortment, not following the consistency on my design. The roses that were in my design were completely disregarded. Side patterns were also completely disregarded and just put whatever they had by the looks of it. They improvised pretty much 90% of the cake. Second of all, they oversized it more than it had to be. It could have been smaller but they made me pay from $60 to $80 because the design ‘just didn’t work for a small cake’. And so they give me 1 layer of actual cake and 2 layers of styrofoam along with the slope also being entirely styrofoam. That’s their interpretation for a large cake? This cake only fed about 10 people when I was told it had to be made for 25 people to eat. And to hide the fact that it was styrofoam, they put a thin sugar coating everywhere they could. The whole family were wondering why the knife stopped cutting 1/3rd of the way through the cake. And so we removed the sugar layer to see just styrofoam. Delices disowned itself, an embarrassment to itself. Had I known what I was getting myself into, I’d never have paid a single cent for this pathetic excuse for a cake. Had the cake maker made the cake exactly according to design and 100% cake, I’d be willing to pay what they required to make it. But this is a legitimate scam. I hope no one buys anything from this store. Find a different place to buy your cakes. If I could get at least 70% of my money back, then I’d be satisfied. because I paid $56 for a kilogram of styrofoam. .
Very bad experience, you had the customer pay 80$ for this cake that has 1 layered cake and the rest of it is literally styrofoam. Very disappointing. At least put 2 layered cakes. 3a shu 80$ ? Design bas ? Walaw ? Kil hal size for one layered cake on top ? It’s called robbery. This is a scam w hal shighel abadan ma byistehal 80$ shame.
Good quality of ingredients. The cakes are fresh and the juices are squeezed freshly. Loved the chocolate cake. I recommend the cocktails they are flavorful.
It was my first time trying desserts from delices, actually it was good enough whereas the prices are good for people who have a lot of events and cant afford lots of payments. It was my friends choice to pick from there, not bad actually.
a nice patisserie with a good taste , it does customized birthday cakes , tried them more than once , on my friend’s bday and on mine , on her birthday the cake was absolutely amazing , the filling and the top of it , but on my bday the filling was so tasty and juicy , but the top that is mainly made from sugar was tooo thick and not good at all , we tried one of their regular gateau glacee for my friend’s bday a week ago , the chocolate wad tasty , im not a big fan of chocolate so it was alot for me , and i think its alot chocolate even for chocolate lovers.
