To be honest i am disappointed with the place. The food used to be better. Most of the plates listed in the menu are unavailable. Plus, the ingredients of the available plates don’t match the ones written in menu. Veggies are not fresh like mushroom and lettuce. The quality served is super low compared to the priced offered. Definitely you can get for the same price triple the quality in other restaurants. I don’t know if there is a new owner who lost the interest in serving quality or the chef quit his job. But definitely serious actions must be taken. The second star is only for the shisha
Ive had the smurf drink, crab salad classic nachos and potato skins. The place is clean and has good food but the 5 star rating is for the Saturday nights! Theres always someone singing the min. Charge is 20$ which is fair enough. The ambience is amazing especially for birthdays. I love this place alot and would recommend!

Nice place in verdun!They have bands and karaoke on weekends. The places is usually full during those events. They have shishas too. The food is quite good and the prices are quite fair !
When i saw the place for the first time I thought that its annoying but when I visit it I found that the ambiance and the atmosphere are fine.The BBQ chicken is (5/5)I didn’t like tge alfredo chickenThe price is fine not very expensiveFriendly staff
When I chose Saffron Cafe I was aiming at trying a new place at a new location for me since I almost never go to Verdun.I enjoyed the food it was so tasty. We ordered 2 plates, chicken Alfredo and South Borden Chicken. The plates presentation was very appealing and food portion was satisfying. The shisha was also very good.However, the restaurant wasn’t as fancy as the photos would suggest and if it weren’t in a residential neighborhood it could have offered a more engaging experience. The waiter wasn’t very familiar with the menu but he was trying to provide a good customer service.The overall experience was good and enjoyable.
Last time i visited this place was 3 years ago a good place for staff to have their break in it the food is good and the staff ate friendly verry affordable place
