One of the first pubs i went to in my life, opened since late 90’s and ran by its owner Rabih who sings and plays oud on certain nights. A very down to earth pub, famous for its Lebanese mezza and Arak. Both are excellent. Staff are always friendly. Highly recommended
A small and cozy pub in hamra. The ambiance is beautiful. Oldies music. The service is good. The food is good but there’s no variety of choices. We used to drink Arak there.
Barometre is you average pub, restaurant in hamra just parallel to bliss street.the food is good and tasty,The pub neends some uptaking.staff are friendly and quick service
A great place if you want to have a different dining experience than your regular high end restaurants. It is a casual laid back place in makhool street on your way to the famous bliss street in hamra. The staff are super friendly, the lebanese mezze is pretty yummy, and the music takes you back to your teenager years and beyond. A recommended place with a group of friends to eat well and dance and enjoy some chilled time.
A retro authentic Lebanese food with a setup that is reminisce of good old days. The place has good Lebanese mezze, vibrant yet very chill atmosphere and is great for a change from the common Lebanese restaurants in town. This is not your high end restaurants yet the food is decent enough to please.
Barometre is an old pub in Hamra in a side street near bliss, Hamra. It has a modest interior that tells a story/ statement about the place. Food is really good at very reasonable prices. Arabic music, mainly oldies with some new hit songs added to the playlist. It can get really busy on Friday’s and saturday’s with party mood. They have also a small outdoor space with few tables. Service can be a bit slow.
very good atmosphere, the place has not changed since opening very good quality of chicken liver and makdous, kishek.you feel at home in this place friendly staff
