In the heart of Hamra a very authentic Coffee Shop. You can have a cup of coffee with a shisha or grab it on the go. Or even just buy some coffee beans and make it on your own. They have special package for the coffee beans for travelers. The upstairs seating area (outdoor) is really nice with the view of the Hamra Street. The overall experience is good.
Been there for Saturday night ,the ambiance was very interesting, live music performance was amazing, the singer had a soothing voice. The food was also great: fettuccine Alfredo needed a little bit of salt, the amount of chicken was fair. Chocolate fondant was delightful, the combination of hot lava cake and cold ice cream was a good choice. The lemonade looked really nice and the coffee was very strong and to my liking.The only problem was that all the items are way overpriced.
This place has a really nice location in the middle of hamra street and literally grabs your attention from outside.Very nice decorated, comfy sittings, and cozy place. However, they should really recheck their menu prices regarding to the items, it’s really Overpriced to extent that everyone was sitting there ordered Arguileh only and not food.Friendly and respectful waiters but the service was so SLOW like we waited 1 hour for our sajs!!!Its an really nicely decorated place so hope they’ll take my comments into consideration.
Duke offers great lebanese dishes. A variety of few dishes is available daily + a specific plat du jour. For 12’000 only, they deliver around beirut. If the delivery time is sometimes a bit longer than expected, the wait is TOTALLY worth it.I even pick up meals from Dukes when I have a dinner over and don’t have time to prepare food (+ the guests are always seduced :p ).
We had lunch and shisha but the experience wasnt as expected. Service is very bad and waiter doesnt know the menu.Food was average .No music .We waited a lot for someone to take the order.
They have very good mana2ish (tried the zaatar, and Turkey & cheese)3 of my friends orders turkish coffee and they didnt like it.We had lemon mind arguileh and it was average.They offer power bank chargers for the phones they also provide the wire. Very good idea.
