It’s quite dreadful to experience hooliganism from staff and stay polite at the same time, this place should be shamed for the behavior of its staff, the way the reception staff is dressed showed a very diminished sense of elegance and things got passed appearance to the point of them getting into a fight with locals surrounding the place.
